What do I need to setup on BC version 19.1 to access the API as a user using oauth? I am using a AAD service principal with delegated API permission 'user_impersonation

If you are running Business Central on SaaS no setup is needed. But if you are on prem then there is a setup procedure for this.

Your partner should be able to assist you with this configuration as well.
