Can we control the deletion of Attachment in any of the form with the Workflow status. For example if the Free text invoice is in Draft status the Document attachment option should be enabled (including deletion and edit option). Moreover, if the free text invoice is in-review or approved status, system should not allow to delete or add a new attachment.

Note- I have explored the Active document table option but that does not help.

Please let us know how to manage the same in D365 Finance and operation.

Hi Aman,

The active document tables setup usually acts on the editability of a record. Like you, I would expect that the activation of a workflow manages this as well. If this doesn't work, you can consider a customization.
