How to limit System Admin role and permissions

Hello,

I'm new to Dynamics NAV. I'm a business owner and have an IT staff who does pretty much everything. Is it possible to limit role and permissions in NAV for a system administrator to financials and the like?

You can add your users to user groups. This will make it easier to assign some permission sets to multiple users.

There are multiple standard roles which you can define for the user in user personalization.
