I have GP2010 with SQL2008R2 we have problem in Work Templates. I have enabled the templates, when generate the report with template the Arabic Language not displaying in the word template. The GP already supporting Arabic when take smarlist report export to excel the Arabic Language is displaying properly. Any solutions.

I'm not quite sure where or what part of the report you'd like to have Arabic. However, if the GP Support Engineer has said it doesn't work then it may not work. But before giving up, you may try this.
As I assume you'd want to have the Header or Column Title such as Sold To:, Ship To:, Item, Descriptions, Unit Price, and Extended Price, for instance, in Arabic. You can delete those headers and type them in Arabic in Microsoft Word. To delete those fields, click inside the field and click the blue tag right above it to select entire field and press Delete. Save the template and import it to GP. Since those fields are static, not dynamically generated by GP, they will not be replaced when you print. All your Arabic fields will stay in Arabic.

Unfortunately, Word Templates are English only at this point. The data fields that come from GP will be English, there really isn't anything you can do about that as the field data is generated by dex code. There is no multi-lingual support at this time.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked those site. But, Nothing find helpful. My problem is the arabic names not displaying in ms word tamplates, The arabic is supporting the GP.
