I have run Generate Pay Statement of specific employee then getting this error. I have also check Ste-net in reference it is showing there.
why I am getting this error and what will be the solutions?

This almost looks like something related to the tax engine setup or related updates - you said specific employee. Does this not happen to other employees, and only happens to one?
Similarly, are the latest payroll tax updates installed on the environment that are available - I'm assuming this is AX 2012 R3 CU13?
