Hi Lindsay,
I will suggest you to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.
Yes, unfortunately I get the same error when trying to add the address in the global addresses.
Do you encounter the same error if you go to the address information and try adding it using the global address form instead?
I have found that sometimes I can't change addresses directly from the worker form but will let me do it from the global address form
Thank you Juan, we don't have saved views enabled.
Hello,
Do you have the feature "Saved views" enabled on your environment. If so turn it off and then try again?
I have noticed weird behavior around worker addresses when this feature is turned on
regards,
No error, the address record is successfully imported into the WorkerPostalAddressV2 table but it does not show on the Employee. Only when I click 'Add' do I get the error.
I am currently using Firefox, however I am experiencing the same on chrome.
Is it giving any error like earlier?
Can you send me the screenshot of the Employee detail page?
Hello Parag - Thank you for your assistance.
Having tried this, the address is imported successfully via excel, however frustratingly the address does not show in the address tab in the employee record.
Hi Lindsay,
I used entity: WorkerPostalAddressV2 to create an address for an employee through Excel workbook designer and clicked on Publish changes.
I checked the employee form with the employee name and Address Tab. I can see employee address is added.
I don't see any issue.
If you follow the above steps then can you please check whether you are getting the same error?
