My online instance got disabled - Need help

Posted on by 20

I created online trial instance 17 days back. It has not yet expired. Today morning when I tried to login it says 'Organization 'COGNIZANTGLOBAL' Status : Disabled'.

Kindly suggest how I can get my trial instance back.

Best Regards,

Rabison.

    Hi,

I tried your solution but I am not able to see CRM under admin portal. I am using my personnel Email id for learning purpose.

It was working for first two days but after that I can see only admin portal without CRM link.

    Can you please help ?

    Thanks

    Absha

    Hello Rabison,

I have done a little bit research about this issue. If it was an on-premise CRM, you can go to the "CRM deployment manager" (if you have access to the CRM server) and enable the organization from there. But since you are using a trial version, CRM deployment manager is not available. In that case I think you should raise a service request to Microsoft.

Hope this helps. Thank you :)

    Hi Rabison

You will need to create a support case with Microsoft to have itreactivated (usually when they do this they will extend it for another 30 days)

    Please follow below steps:

I am assuming you have global administrator level access to O365 portal.

    1. Go to https://portal.office.com

    2. Once login, from the apps, go to Admin portal or directly click on CRM.

    3. From Admin portal, from admin option, click on CRM and check instance status.

    4. Also, raise support ticket with Microsoft to get help.
