How should I set up the auto-delegation for below scenario?
User A was assigned to 2 different work items (work item 1 and 2) within a workflow.
I want to auto-delegate the following work items as follows:
Work item 1 to user B
Work item 2 to user C
I tried to set-up an auto-delegation as follows:
User A delegates his PR approval to user B
User A delegates his PR approval to user C
Both using workflow as the scope and the same workflow id no. in the name field. Also the same period.
I am trying to find a field in auto-delegation to identify specific work item within the workflow but couldn’t find any.
I transacted a PR selecting an approver pointing to work item 1 and another transaction pointing to work item 2 but both results were delegated to user C.
