Is it possible that the employee number is one of the identification numbers? Is it possible that it is a field that is filled in by hand, not automatically? or autocomplete with an identifier number?

Hi IsabelBec,

This field is based on the number sequence. You can set up manual or automatic number sequences. If you want to set up a personnel number based on the identification number then you have to make an integration with Power Automate or Logic Apps and update the personnel number with an identification number.
