    Hello,

    This is written here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-help

I have been playing around with this getting the localization part working in OnPrem deployment and that scenario works great (replacing en-US with content of nl-NL, etc.). The links shown above does not seem to be correct links, so I am very surprised these worked well in version 18.

Thank you for your response, but thats the same settings. On your link it is described under "Online library" it is the same navsettings.json and "ApplicationIdSetting" root element with the "BaseHelpURL".. And it's not working under BC20.

    Hello,

Understood, I will take a look (hopefully later today if time permits). First I will upgrade all my installations to 20.3.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much! Its hard to find something or help for the settings..

You can put google.com or something else in the BaseHelpURL.. Only to check if it opens the google url when you`re on the Help & Support pane and click on "Help" (where you can see the plattform version and Microsoft base version).

    Hello Robin,

Just to let you know I can confirm that it does not work in version 20.3. I can also confirm that it does not work in version 19.x. But it does work in version 18. Something must have been broken between releases. The settings under ApplicationIdSettings are being ignored as it seems. I did report it internally via a request for hot fix. If you want to be updated when it will be fixed, then raise a support ticket via your partner or CSP. Alternatively, I will update this posting as soon as I have an update and when time permits, but this can take a while when there is no support case created by a partner.

Thank you so much for raising this concern.

    Hello,

The issue has been resolved via a hot fix. The fix will be made available in CU19.11 and CU20.5 (September).

    Thank you.

Yeah, thank you Marco! We now use BC20 CU8 and it works again.
