If you go to Tools->Setup->Posting->Posting and choose the Sales series you will see all the reports that print when you post. You can unclick the reports you do not want or you can send them to a file to which you append the journals.

    Hello Musene:

    1. Un-check all the flags from Setup>Posting>Sales Series>Sales Transaction Entry
    2. From Reports: Uncheck all check print check boxes for example
      1. Sales Posting Journal
      2. Distribution break down summary
      3. SalesPerson Register
    3.  Click on save to save your changes.

This will allow users to post SOP sales transaction entry batches, without printing the posting journals.

If you do wish to print these to files instead of the printer, just leave these boxes checked but make sure only the  (folder icon) boxes are checked for these reports under the send to: caption.

Doing the above will send reports to files.

    Best regards
