Ax Workbook window opens blank when we open Ax 2012 R3

Hi All,

We have Upgraded from Ax 2012 R2 to Ax 2012 R3,

Followed the steps in Upgrade document and completed it.

In the code upgrade stage once VAR layer is completed, imported the model store again, Opened the Ax now and workbook windows opens blank, but I can open Developer window using ctrl +D and from the developer window doing ctrl+w or windows>New workbook, I'm able to get the workbook, but not when I open Ax,

USR Layer Code Upgrade is also completed now, still no sign of workbook when I open ax.

Compilation, CIL, Sync all are done and success.

Please Help..

Hi All,

I solved my problem.

I goggled it and some one said we have to select 'mark as complete" in the check-list.

Please don't think I didn't do that, I seriously did all the time.

But anyway I restarted AOS and ran the check-list again selecting everything as mark as complete and Compiled it and reopened Ax and this time it worked. I'm able to open the Workbook when I open Ax.
