Set Default Organisation In CRM 2016

How would I go about setting the default organisation in CRM 2016.

We have three organisations and recently had an issue with reports, this was fixed by enabling a disabled organisation.

Im guessing the starting point would be a config in MSCRM_CONFIG?

    Yes, editing DefaultOrg GUID in MSCRM_CONFIG in SystemUser table should work.

    To set default organization go to CRM server ,All Programs and CRM Deployment Manager .You can see list of organizations where you can set any Organization as default.
