Is there a support site for MS Forecaster? I have just installed MS Forecaster for the first time and when I go to create the databases, it just crashes. I can successfully connect to an MS SQL instance but I cannot connect to any databases.

If you are receiving an error, or the Forecaster Database creation wizard crashes when creating a database, this is the correct article. Basically the original installer is not SQL 2008 compatible. Using these steps, we will upgrade the SQL 2005 components to speak to SQL 2008R2.
If you do not want to follow these steps, then the only alternative is to create a database on a 2005 server, make a backup, and then restore to the 2008 server. This issue will be fixed with SP4 due out later this summer.

This TK just talks about making sure the SQL Client is loaded which it is in my case. I am wondering if MS Forecaster can be loaded onto a W2008 R2 64 bit server with SQL Server 2008 R2 64 bit?

I just typed in that KB and it returned nothing. As I matter of fact I also entered only Forecaster and it returned nothing.

Forecaster has support on PartnerSource in the KB, or you can post in the forums. KB 962541 most likely has steps to resolve the issue if you are trying to create a database on something newer than SQL 2005.
