Hi,
How can i create dynamic list based on anniversary date in advanced find for example birtday?
I read some documentaries and they suggest calculated field, Is there any other advice for me ?
For example; can i add a new operator to advanced find?

The calculated field will be fired when you access the record (check this link for comparison: community.dynamics.com/.../business-rules-vs-rollup-fields-vs-calculated-fields).
However, if you want to update all of your contacts, you have to create a date field and run a Console App which will update all of your records (also can have performance issues due to the big amount of records).
In addition, you have to add a WF (with wait condition) in order to update the next birth date each year (which also have performance considerations).
Contact entity has over 15M record. I think calculated fileds can be reason of performance problem. that is why i'm looking for another solution
The best solution is to go with the calculated field since it will not require any coding and development which is the best for non-dev users

You cannot add a new operator to Advanced Find.
