    Hi Yasu,

Please provide more information? Which form is it (menu path please), are there any customizations on the form, how did you create the order, any related info by your opinion please.

    Thanks,

Check you production BOM lines to see if there are two with the same item.

    Hi Yasu,

It's due to partial Reservation on the works order for that item. Go on your works order BOM form, select the item and from top action pane select Stock - Reservation or Pick.  Once you will remove/update reservation it should put full quantity in your NET requirement form.

    Hi Yasu,

It is possible indeed. Just check your production parameters (Production control - Setup - Production control parameters - general tab) and see what type of reservation you are using.

    Here's quick info ellipsesolutions.com/production-order-reservation-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2012-r3

For your current works order - take of the reservation or reserve full amount if the stock is available and AX will sum up the lines in your NET requirements.

Thankyou , One more problem here is that when I click BOM the sum for this order should be  335  (205 + 130) ,

in the screen below you can see the SUM is 270... why is this??              7612.Capture123.JPG

    Hi Yasu,

As per my understanding - your works order was estimated with qty 270 and released qty 270 of the item and there's still remaining 270 to be picked correct me if I`m wrong.

Only way i can think of there's mismatch between your BOM and NET requirements that there's additional open production picking list from overbooked operation.

Check if there's no open journals on your current works order View tab - Journals - Picking list.

    Yasu,

There's possibility of missing/deleted picking list that was posted and additional one created afterwards and left open, therefore on your works order BOM you see estimated/remaining/released qty x 270 in each one.

Can you check all other parts from that BOM in NET requirements if they have any odd numbers?

    Regards,

    V
