Sure step is available at Customersource. You need a login as customer or partner to access the content: mbs.microsoft.com/.../downloads

Like mentioned, you need to login with a Customersource or Partnersource account. Otherwise, the content is not accessible.
Is the online option still available somewhere, not the one on LCS, but as a web-based app? I remember using one before but can't seem to find the link now.
