RDLC Report adding extra lines and pages

I am working on report 5911 Service Invoice. I have added the service comments table, I am filtering on  "Type"= 2  and "Line No_" and I am trying to add the field to the layout.

rimestamp Table Name Table Subtype NO_ Type Table Line No_ Line No_ Comment Date
<Binary data> 5 0 SOI0000002 0 0 10000 THIS IS A HEADER COMMENT 2019-08-06 00:00:00.000
<Binary data> 5 0 SOI0000002 1 10000 10000 THIS IS A FAULT COMMENT 2019-08-06 00:00:00.000
<Binary data> 5 0 SOI0000002 2 10000 10000 THIS IS A RESOLUTION COMMENT 2019-08-06 00:00:00.000

I was able to get the comment to show on the layout, but it appeared on a second page. I do not know why and I have tried all the "keep together" settings for the field, row tablix etc.

I decided to clear everything off of the page and start fresh adding only the comments field and header, and then previewing that page.

The preview gave me many extra lines that are not in the original table, and duplicated the comment result.

As you can see from above, there are no extra lines in the database. Why is this happening?

You need to check the filters, I believe it is retrieving all the comment lines from the table, check the filter on the data item, add the filter on RDLC.
