Hi,
I get customer yourneys were the last step "send email" gets the warning "this email is not commercial"
I can't find what that means though. Can anyone fill me in and what are the possible consequences?

Hi Annemieke,
in the Summary Tab of your email you can choose the legal designation. On commercial emails for example emails will be blocked if a contact has the setting don't allow bulk emails, but for transactional emails this will not be checked. Additionally on transactional emails you don't have an option to optout.
So it is just an information that you choose a transactional email. If this is correct and you don't want to sent a commercial / marketing email, you don't need to do anything about it.
