Hi all,

I would like to ask support for a prblem we are facing during the implementation of d365 starting from AX2009.

At the moment we are testing the migration procedure but we have problems with the opening balances migration, during the export with DIEF AX2009 report this error:

Opening balance setup is not done for '%1' company

Any ideas what it refers to?

Best regards

F.

Have you debugged the error message? You should be able to get hints out of the debugging.

If nothing found from your end, would suggest you to log a support ticket to Microsoft. The support lifecycle for ax2009 seems still not ended yet.
