While creating record Account/Lead i have to create email activity using System workflow. In email body i have to show only Date filed (Modified on / created on).

I have to show only Date field (Modified on ) in email body , but i couldn't show. any one help .

Please suggest me :

Hy Partner,

You can create a workflow and register it at the record create event.

In properties, set the step as create an email record and add the created on field as a dynamic value in email body as shown below :-
