Gp client hangs after install SP3 for Gp2010

I'm trying to assist a customer who's GP client on the Citrix server is hanging after having installed Sp3 for Gp2010.  The update was installed on the SQL server client and GP launches without a problem there. 

I've tried copying the dynamics.dic and dynamics.exe files but issues continues. i tried recreating the reports.dic .  I tried copying the entire GP folder but enountered errors. 

I've attached a document with screen shots of the error shown in the Event Viewer.  I'm wondering if this issue has something to do with the .Net Framework.

    It's difficut to tell from your post - but was the service pack installed on the Citrx server as well?

    I too cannot make out the screenshot. It's too small. When I expand it, it breaks down into pixels. Is there any way you can crop the relevant window and repost?

    Beth is it hanging or crashing? There is a SLB reminders bug with SP3 so need to know if GP just sits there and does nothing or if there is an actual hard crash with an error message.

    Beth,

    If any of your users have built reminders off of SmartLists created with the SmartList Builder, the system will crash as the homepage is drawn when ANY user logs in. As Jonathan mentioned, there is a service pack. The service pack is for the SmartList Builder, not Dynamics. Because it's a SLB service pack, your Dynamics build number will not change.
