Intrastat report does not include charges on purchase order lines

Hi all

I have some charges on the purchase order lines. When creating Intrastat report only the value of the line without charges is shown. How can I make sure that the charges value on the line are also included?

    What Ax2012 version do you operate?

    How do you report your freight. Just as a charge code or through service items?

    Have you been able to fix this issue?

    If not, then I would recommend that you have a look at LCS and the hotfixes that have been released there.

    Thank you for your reply

    I am using R3.  The charge is not necesserely freight, bu it is reported as a charge, not as a service item. I can't find anywhere in the system a possibility to indicate whether the charge should be included in the Intrastat or not.

    Thanks for your reply. There is no Foreign trade tab under charges at all. So, I assuime it is the Hotfix that you are reffering to in your previous message, that is missing to be installed. Can you confirm?

    Hello Elena,

    Do you know if any setup has been made in the foreign trade parameters form in the organization admin module?

    In addition, a classification of the countries is necessary to specify who belongs to the eu countries and which do not.

    Hi Ludwig

    The setup for intrastat has been done about year ago and has been functioning well. but the charges is relatively new thing. Since the value of charges is increasing, we want them to be automatically shown on the Intrastat report instead of having to add them manually. But we don't have the possibility to mark the charges for Intrastat at all, this tab is simply missing.
