Tracking User time register of NavUserPassword type user using web client

Hello All,

I have multiple tenant setup for various companies. I want to check the user time register for all tenants. For configuration, I have changed the register time to true for all user in user setup list page for all tenants few days back. But the User register time table does not contain any records. What could be the problem ?
