Can't publish my app to my cloud server.

Hello Everyone, 
I want to publish a 'OnPrem' app to my cloud server, but I am getting a few errors. Can anyone help me?

    Publish from Visual Code is only possible to a Sandbox.

    Is it a sandbox you are trying to publish to or an production enviornment?

    To a production environment you have to use extension management and upload the app file.
