using email to case with attachment

We are using email to case and it's working pretty well.  One issue we are seeing is that if you send in an email with an attachment, the attachment does not get attached to the case .  Attachments are a big part of our workflow that we need attached to the case -how do we set this up?  thanks

    may i define service object inside of the class?

    in this manual define service object out of the class

    As far as i know, attachment will not copy to case automatically. You may have to do some customization to achieve this.

    You can refer below. Even though it is in CRM 2011, same applies to CRM 2015 as well.
