    Hi Varsha,

Try and clear your cache and cookies from the browser. If that doesn't work you could try opening CRM in other browsers as well.

    Hi Varsha,

I'm wondering if you'll see those buttons once you select a view that has some opportunities? And, for the Assign button to show up, you'll need to select an opportunity first.

Hi Varsha, the Ribbon buttons are dynamic in nature. Some buttons only appear when you select a record or few records based on the display rules associated. If there are no records the display rules force them to disappear. I've created a record and selected it then the export to excel and assign buttons turned up. Image attached. hope this helps!

Do you have the correct Security permissions to Export and Assign records?

    Hi Varsha,

Are you a system Admin? I don't think so.

    Observe following screenshot.

Check whether you have that privilige or not.

    Hope it helps you.

    Best regards,

    Shivaram.

    Hi Varsha,

Can you please ask your System Administrator to check the security roles assigned to you?

    OpportunityPrivilege.PNG

    For: Export to Excel

And for Assign, if you want to Assign Opportunities

Also, if the above doesn't help. Ask technical developer is the ribbon was being modified.

Hope this helps! Please mark my answer as verified if this helped for you.

    Thanks.

The user has all the Security Roles in CRM including System Admin and System customizer.

    Hi Varsha,

If he is having all roles, then I hope some Javascript is existing on that particular button. Are you using Ribbon workbench?

If yes, then check any JS is applying to that button.

I can't see any java script function applied in the Button . It is not showing only for  Opportunity entity . I dont understand what can be the issue with Opportunity.
