Creating Forms for landing page and getting errors

I'm not understanding how to fix this issue. I am getting these errors when creating a form

To create a Contact, the Company Name (parentcustomerid) field should be included in your form and marked as required.

To create a Lead, the Target Market Identifier (new_targetmarketidentifier) field should be included in your form and marked as required.

    Hi heidi,

    That's because you have enabled Field Requirement attribute of contact's Company Name Filed to Business Required,  change it to Optional then the issue will be fixed. 

    Same for your lead's Target Market Identifier field.

    > Navigate to Advanced Settings(at right of Navigation Bar) > Settings > Customization > Customize the System > Entities to make configuration.

    Thanks for reaching out!!

    I guess the issue is due to marking the field as "Required". You may try making it optional.

    Also, In repro I found that it is just a warning and not an error (Screenshot below). You can still proceed if you want.
