I've never heard that there are standard pre sales questionnaire , when we did, we just derived cases by ourselves because there were no standard cases.

Most customers interested on followings

1. Order Parking and Retrieving (Suspend and Recall)

2.Multiple Payment Modes for One Order ( Cash+Credit Card)

3.Stock Transfers within Store locations

4. Restrict Negative Inventory

5.Pay on One store and collect it from another store

6.Adding Full Card Details for EFT Payments

7.Create Sales order and Collect Payment for Sales Order at POS

8.Serial and Batch Numbers selection at Point of sales

9.Warranty Claims and Replacement

10. Performance (Store , Employee ) & Custom Reports
