This is what checklinks shows. Distributions for transaction REMIT000000000091819 in checkbook ID GENERAL OPERATI are less than the transaction amount. Here is what we see in CM20200 or the transaction table.
If I do a query on the CM20400 or the distribution table off of the 54023 cmrecnum I see this…
Nothing on CM20400 lets me know the checkbook.
Query this amount on the CM20200 and I get this…
My assumption is that it is the 54359 cmrecnum is what should link to here as the dates are correct.
If I look in the CM20400 table for this number I get NOTHING.
The PM30200 and PM30600 show this for the original entry of 5038.00
Distributions are correct here.
Weird. I DON’T see any other way to link these or map them.
How do we fix this?? How do we explain what has happened.
It is also my understnading that the distributiosn for items that originated out of CM are stored in their own perspective tables in AP, AR.
