Hello people,

We have a scenario where we have to create Two Organizations in one On-Premises Instance.

Can anyone provide steps to create it.

Here are problems we are facing while creating it.

- 1) Already present Organization -

-2) On creation of another one - "Vanilla" -  We get the following pop up -

We want to create multiple organizations.

Please help.

Regards

Sagar

    Hi,

You probably have the Professional license (which allows for one organization) rather than the Enterprise License (which allows for multiple organizations).

if Workgroup, change (when license wise possible) to and Server license to get full functionality (incl. multiple org).

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

Are you using trial version ?? if yes it seems you used workgroup editon trial key during installation. Get CRM Server trial key from here: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx and try to update it.

Then you should be able to create unlimited organizations.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The workgroup edition of CRM will only support one active organization at a time. You need to install the Enterprise edition of CRM to support multiple active organizations in CRM.

The CRM edition is determined by the product key used while installing CRM. Provide an enterprise key to support Enterprise edition.
