Hello,

Here is my scenario,

I have one CRM user let's say : test@test.onmicrosoft.com.

My company have 2 sales people and both are using CRM mobile app with same user id. We assume that 2 of  1 user is left the company then Can I restrict this user to use CRM mobile app ??

I don't wont to change my user password. I just want to restrict access of this(Who left the company) user CRM mobile app of organization.

Thanks,

keyur shah.

If I understand you correctly, you have two users sharing one account. If one leaves, you want to block the other without resetting the password?

This probably makes you in violation of your license agreement. And I don't think there's any feasable solution to this. You could look into Office 365 EM+S, Intune and Conditional Access.

Then enable the 2FA for this user so as even though he knows the password he can't login without OTP . This is well working in web. Haven't tried it on app. Just give a try hope this helps

I have tested now. It enforces the OTP for mobile app.

    Hope this resolves your problem

    Thanks Syed.

I have used 2FA of office 365. But when I try to login in CRM mobile app, that time I have third option of mobile number verification but it is editable. I want to register user  mobile number when user created and don't give editable mobile no field when user login. is it possible ??

Yeah you can set the mobile number in the user profile and set it for 2FA. password will be sent to the profile registered no. Its working shah.

    Keyur,

as mentioned by Martijn, the way your customer accessing the CRM is violating the Microsoft license policy & not recommended to continue using it

Still if they want then answer given by Syed make sense

I would also suggest exploring Azure AD Conditional Access for such requirements.

    Sample e.g. with Dynamics 365
