Hi All,

I have created a field of EDT HcmWorkerRecId and using this field in the form.

While using this field in the form it is coming as reference group and lookup is working fine but while selecting any personnel number the HCM worker name is displaying but I want to display the personnel number in this field.

Please let me know how can I achieve that.

Thanks in advance!!!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You can set the Replacement field group to 'Personnel number' in the form reference group control

Can you please let me know the form name of this attached Screenshot? I checked the SalesTable I can't see any field with this name.

The field name is WorkerSalesTaker. Are you looking to change this in a custom form or in a standard form?

The field is extended field in a standard table and I want to add this field in a standard form.

Ok. Then you should be able to change the Reference field group property when you add this field in form. Form extensions don't let you change the property on existing controls.

Have you already added the new field to the standard form extension?

Yes, I have added it. There is nothing coming under Replacement Field group.

How can I use this property? Do I need to create any field group?

Can you share a screenshot of the control you added and the properties?

    Thanks Gunjan for your help.

As my form is extended form, so there was no field groups coming for Replacement field group. So I copied "PersonnelNumber" and pasted in the property of "Replacement field group" for the field.

    It worked for me.
