Solomon does not update the Invoice information in smContractBill Table.
When a service contract invoice is processed it only updates smInvoice and ARDOC Table for some reason it falis to update the sm ContractBill Table.
User do not receive any error message on screen only to find out later that the invoice is not showing processed under Billing Schedule.
Event log only shows : System Message 6125.
This issue occurs on a random bassis and is causing a lot of issue.
Has anyone encountered this issue? How can we fix this problem.

If you are on a supported version I suggest that you create a case in MS Dynamics SL support with the distribution team for help.
You might run a trace during the process to see why it might no update the smcontractbill table.

We have the same issue recently where an entire batch of invoices did not update the SMContractBill table. Do you resolve via a SQL update statement or is there a process that can get redone in Service Contract to push the records through?
We have, I have a report that runs weekly looking for this condition. It happens several times a year. If you don't fix it you will double bill the next month. I think it is tied to deadlocks.
