Solomon does not update the Invoice information in smContractBill Table.
When a service contract invoice is processed it only updates smInvoice and ARDOC Table for some reason it falis to update the sm ContractBill Table.
User do not receive any error message on screen only to find out later that the invoice is not showing processed under Billing Schedule.
Event log only shows : System Message 6125.
This issue occurs on a random bassis and is causing a lot of issue.
Has anyone encountered this issue? How can we fix this problem.
