Production orders setup to release to warehouse

Hi,

I am trying to setup Production orders release to warehouse however I am not finding any suitable documentation.

I need to setup production orders from scratch and then release production orders to warehouse to create Works for Worker.

I am well aware of creating Wave, Work template and location directive setup with mobile menu setup for Raw material picking and finished goods put away.

However I need help in setting up production orders from scratch, I tried setting up journals like picking list, route card, etc and also created Wave template for production orders (with work template and location directive) but upon marking status of production orders as release or start (in parameters I already have Release to warehouse = on production order release) --- Wave is not executed hence I do not get works created. I also do not get any notification of any failure or errors upon marking production order status to release to start.

Please guide.

Hello,

Check if inventory is not already in the Resource input location. If the inventory is already in the location, no work will be created.
