Menus for VS Tools Compatibility

I am working with a person who says he is working with GP version is 14.00.0661. I sent him the VSTM_1400.zip file, yet he says he is getting the incompatible version error. We have a session scheduled to work together later today, but what reasonable explanation could there be for receiving this error when the versions are expected to be fine?

Thank you, Jothikrishnan. The application did indeed have a dictionary for VS Menus from GP 2010.

I don't remember exactly where I read this... Guess it is David's blog... Remove the older version from the GP folder and make sure you launch GP with "Run as Administrator" so that the new chunk file will get extracted, otherwise it won't extract and could cause these issues.
