Dear you can do this by following the below steps:

    1. Open the contact and select your contract .

    2. Click on contract settings.

    3. Click on the arrow beside the customer then select your third party customer that you want to use in the billing.

    4. Go to billing and select the third party customer.

    5. Open the magnify  to select the project you want to bill by default system is selecting assigned projects, change it to all.

    6. Select you project and start make your billing entry.

    Thanks for your reply Sandip,

When you go for Cards>>Sales>>National Accounts.  On National Accounts Maintenance window there is option 'Base Credit Check on Consolidated National Account', when you check this option, the child account credit limit will be validated as per the parent account credit limit amount.

This validation is happening correctly when i enter Sales Order/Sales Invoice/RM invoices.

But, when i create the billing in project accounting the child account credit limit validation is not done as per the parent credit limit amount.

I want to know is it possible to have this validation in project accounting also.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Akbar

    Moh'd,

If I remember correctly on Contract or on Contract customer you can assign parent and child customer and you can bill it to any one of them.

What is Base Check Validation? What you want to validate?

    Thanks

    Sandip
