I don't know if this is possible or not but when our users are looking at a phone call that they're getting ready to make we'd like for them to be able to quickly view a list of the activities associated with the "regarding" record. For example, if we're on the phone call record and we're getting ready to call John Smith, we'd like to see all of the activities associated with John Smith's contact record.
Of course from the Phone Calls entity (or any other) when you create a form you can't insert a list from another entity. Is there a workaround that will allow us to do this?
Thanks,
Steve

I have the same question (0)If its a regular lookup field, then we can add a Quick view form with only a subgrid of related records, so by embedding the QV form - the list of records can show for that lookup record.
You can try the same for regarding but its a special field in activity to capture multiple type of records, so I doubt that. But give a try (I never tried that & I don't have access to laptop now). Otherwise custom HTML webresource form can be embedded to pull & show what you need to show.
