How to check who created a document for example posted purchase invoice

Hi there,

I wonder how we can track or audit who has created the document. For example. I am in posted purchase invoice and would like to know when it is created and modified and who created it.

Hi,

You can use Change Log option available out of the box. You can setup tables whose changes you want to log. Open Change Log Setup and check.

If you simply want to see who posted a document then there is a field User ID available that you can add to page.
