Timestamp Issue on Notes in Opportunities and Leads

Hi Community,

I am encountering an issue with the timestamps on notes within Opportunities and Leads in Dynamic 365. Currently, the timestamps are showing as 4 hours ahead of Eastern Time (ET).  Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any guidance on adjusting the timestamps to correctly reflect Eastern Time would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,
     
    You can check your time zone setting.
     
    Go to the personalization setting and check the time zone.
     
     
    Finally, once your issue is resolved and my suggested answer has helped, please do not forget to click Yes under "Did this answer your question?" to close this thread.

    Hi Muhammad . Affan, Thank you for your response to my question. Actually, I have checked my time zone settings under Personalization Settings in Dynamics, and my time zone is correctly set to GMT - 5:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada). However, I am still experiencing an issue where, when I create notes within Opportunities or Leads, the time is displayed 4 hours ahead of my actual time. For example, if I create a note at 4 PM, the system shows the time as 9 PM. Can you suggest me what I am missing?
