Why my customer measure is not shown on the Customer card?

Reason is because only Customer attribute type of measures appear on the customer card (but customer measure type of measure, as well as business measure type of measure are not).

You may want to consider building a customer attribute for your core or most important scenario and that will enable utilizing it on the Customer card, both within CI and in several other Dynamics 365 applications.

    Thank you,
