Inventory Debit/Credit issue

Hello,

We're having an issue with our inventory when invoicing purchase orders.

The amount debits and then credits the same account for the same value. Thus leaving the balance effectively un changed.

It looks like it is only when invoicing and receiving a purchase order. Has anyone seen this before? I am told it started back in May, and was working fine before then

Any suggestions appreciated

Check the posting setup for inventory posting and general ledger for account level problems.

In general the movement is taking the value from expected cost to actual cost it seems. This is a setting in inventory setup to have this on or off.

Are you referring to "Expected cost posting to G/L" in the inventory setup? It is already turned off on our system
