This feature was added in July 2020, release 10.0.10, but I still can't find this feature in POS.

This is showing on Microsoft docs as well:

Hi Vickram8820,

Please upgrade your system to the latest 10.0.11 or later. If you still can't see these two options, please go to commerce parameters, then "Initialize" the commerce again. Like this:

Then add these two operations to POS side.

You also need upgrade the POS after upgrade your system.
