Is there a 2024 roadmap for Customer Voice or any plans on keeping it updated?
My team was successfully using MS Forms for some time, but we had complaints about the lack of branding, footer control, & thank you page control.
Then, we discovered our company already had Customer Voice included in our licensing, which fixed the above issue, but I'm now realizing the feature set is lagging behind Forms.
This is what I've noticed so far:
- Strange formatting issues in form & section headers, extra spacing, the editor does not look the same as the final survey rendering.
- Lack of basic formatting options like numbers & bullets
- No ability to limit # of responses on checkbox multi-select
- No ability to drag and drop rearrange questions, forced to click up and down arrows.
- No CoPilot suggestions
I still don't understand why there isn't an option for Enterprise clients who use Forms that simply hides all of the annoying Microsoft branding since we pay an incredible amount of money for D365 & O365. I don't need any of the other features that Customer Voice offers, and getting co-workers access to the D365 Customer Voices vs Forms is a huge pain.
