I's like to calculate the working hours of the Field Service Engineers
Does anybody now how to calculate a duration between to Date Values in Format "12:34" (12 hours an 34 minutes)
Example:
Start 02.01.22 13:00
End 02.01.22 14:15
Duration = 01:15

You can try using RESCO Rule, check if your requirement support these rules.
You can find lot options for duration calculations here: docs.resco.net/.../Rules_editor
TimeDifference is one of. These are pretty much similar to CRM Business rules and field calculation, it works on OnLoad, OnChange, OnSave as well.
