I confirmed no Advanced Payroll by seeing it missing from Registered Modules in voice and when using our keys internally we get a message that the modules are not registered. You are probably correct.
The official answer I am receiving now is that resellers no longer get the Custoimization Park, Smartlist Builder Pack or the Extended Payroll pack as part of the SPA/MPN agreement. If you need them you must purchase them. Can anyone else confirm this?
We were told when the keys expire, they expire. Not to mention we no longer have access to the customization suite so if we want to create modified forms for our clients we need to pay $6,000. There is something wrong here.
No. I was given a license for IM with an expiration date in September of 2013. I asked what we do when it expires and they said we would be able to regenerate keys within Voice. Not that i am 100% confident in that but that is what they told me.
Sales Operations is telling us that even though we are a GP partner with a valid SPA we need to purchase the customization pack. Is anyone else being told this?
I wish someone at Microsoft actually knew the correct answer. Once again sales operations is sending me to MPNSOLVE. I told them not to do that again because I got stuck in a loop between these two groups trying to get our GP 2013 keys. I reminded them of that and that we have an SPA and as such we get inhouse use keys. Let's see how long this will take.

It seems it was inadertently left out for everyone or most. I contacted ops and they added it within 24 hours.
