Customer Statements

Over the last 2 months, our customer statements are not printing.  No changes to the report, process, or any SL updates.  We simply use the OOB statement and it prints a single (blank) statement even though we have dozens of customers with open AR.
 
We have reverted to the OOB 8600 report - no change.  Have run AR integrity checks - no change.
 
Thoughts?
