I wanted to know whether GP stores the archival information of values whenever PO is amended. The scenario is like this...
Initially a PO is created for an item with 10 Quantity and approved and print out taken. Now the user is amending the PO for the same item and increasing the quantity to 20 and the approving it. There is a label in the bottom of PO where the Revision is incremented to 1. This means that the PO is amended once.
Now i want to know whether GP Stores somewhere that the orginal qty is 10 and amended qty is 20. Does it store somewhere? please let me know
