Hi,

I am using CRM online 2013. I have created a user in Office365 and assigned a license of CRM. Then I assigned a role. Turned to CRM, the user appears normally as a User in the list. But it does not appear as a Contact so I can't, for example, add to a marketing list. Did I forget something?

Thanks for your help.

Hi RCastelleta, CRM User is different from Contact.

I think you need to manually create a contact.

And Marketing List cannot use CRM User as a target.

    Thanks.

    Users and contacts are different.

A common solution to this problem is to add your company as an account and create a workflow to automatically create a contact for each user added.

Also have a lookup on the system user to that contact
