For some reason 'Posts' doesn't return proper results in mobile. Is there any configuration needed to show the 'Posts' in mobile?
I have Dynamics CRM Online 365 Version 1612 (8.2.3.181) (DB 8.2.2.2464)

Please look at below blog which explains the configuration requirement for Post. Please see if all configuration is correctly confgured in your CRM instance.
You can also raise a support request with microsoft from admin.powerplatform.com or portal.office.com
